The UtopiaOW1

This design pairs two very high-quality drivers -- the Focal "Utopia" 6W4311 woofer and the Hiquphon OW1 tweeter.  Here is the schematic for the woofer circuit.  Any resistor that is shown in series with an inductor doesn't really exist if its value is less than 1 Ohm.  The resistor value simply gives you the suggested dcr for the inductor. (The 12 Ohm resistor in the woofer trap circuit is very real -- don't leave that out).   I used 16 Gauge air cores everywhere.

Here is the tweeter schematic.

Here is the on-axis response.  The dip around 7.5 kHz is a cabinet diffraction effect.  As you will see, it goes away off axis.

The next 3 plots show the response at 15, 30, and 45 degrees off axis horizontally.  Note the excellent dispersion of the OW1 tweeter.

Here is the reverse null with the tweeter connected in reverse polarity.  It shows the crossover point of about 2400 Hz.

Finally, here is the cabinet diagram.
